Preparation Method
In a pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee.
Add the makhanas and roast them until they turn crispy. Avoid cooking on high flame.
In a bowl, add 1 cup of finely chopped onion and 1 cup of chopped tomatoes.
Add 1 cup of boiled potato and 4 tbsp of raw mango.
Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 finely chopped green chili, followed by 2 tsp of lime juice.
Add 1 tsp of chili powder and 2 tsp of chaat masala.
Mix in 2 tbsp of tamarind chutney and a handful of chopped coriander leaves.
Add ¼ cup of roasted peanuts and mix well.
Finally, add the roasted makhana, along with ¼ cup of bhujiya sev.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Serve with your preferred toppings, and enjoy your healthy evening snack!
